WHY A CHALLENGE?
At the start of the coronacrisis when countries went into lockdown, we had no choice but to slow down. To take a break. Now, months later most people have turned back to old routines, to rushing, to must-do’s, both in work and private life. Slowing down has become an actual challenge for modern-day humans.
So, time to take a conscious break. And to integrate moments of rest into your daily routine. Starting on the first Monday after holiday season:

JOIN THE CHALLENGE
For one month in September, take a 10 minute break each workday, from Monday to Friday (20 days). In the first week, receive a different kind of yoga practices for each weekday: movement, breathing, meditation, relaxation, reflection. Repeat the practices each week, and send ‘day X done’ once you took a break to stay committed.
